What you will be working on:
You will lead the Army's media production team in creating compelling content for both public and internal communications. You will oversee the full production cycle — from ideation to post‑production — while developing your team's capabilities and managing stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality media collaterals.
What you will be working on:
- Propose creative content ideas in line with current trends to effectively communicate intended messages across the Army's internal and external media platforms.
- Lead the end‑to‑end media production process, covering ideation, pre‑production logistics, on‑ground production, and post‑production editing of footage and photographs.
