Job Description
Asset Strategy & Strategic Partnerships plans strategically to achieve the right asset intensity to enable growth and deliver quality customer outcomes regardless of asset ownership. Sets and controls asset acquisition and chartering strategies (buy, lease, chartering, VSA) for Ocean, L&S and APMT.
Responsible for developing long-term supplier relations and strengthen external partnerships within Ocean and L&S, including containers, heavy asset acquisition within WnD and air assets.
Excluded from scope: Indirect operations purchasing (e.g. software, office equipment), and office real estate which is acquired and managed by Facilities Management function.
