Assistant Pastry Chef on Cruise Ship: Patisserie Lead

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Pastry Chef to supervise the pastry team aboard our ship. You will work with the Executive Pastry Chef to maintain high quality desserts, oversee displays, and ensure strict adherence to USPH rules during service and storage.

You will coach the pastry staff, manage scheduling, and participate in requisitions and daily consumption recaps, while maintaining polished uniforms and professional conduct in public areas. Shipboard experience preferred.
