Assistant Operations Coordinator

Job Description :
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably in a multi-service industry with a focus on HR.
Please note: This is a full-time on-site role located in Kohistan Enclave, Wah Cantt.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end Operations Process of all Industrial (Oil & Gas) and Engineering, and other Clients’ business section.
Review, manage and timely process of all requests in a highly professional way fulfilling Clients and employees’ expectations.
Scheduling meeting with new Clients to set a standard for smooth flow of every process like; Timesheet/Payroll Submission, Invoice issuance, Remittance and employees’ salary disbursement.
Creates and maintains secure and confidential database and filling systems; ensures all necessary documentation is on file like; Client Monitoring sheet, Employees Request, Iqama renewal and other processes.
