Desired Candidate Profile

Essential
Experience in planning, implementing and managing monitoring systems and in managing and/or conducting independent evaluations in the United Nations system in international development and/or humanitarian contexts, including the roll-out of M&E frameworks that form part of and align with corporate results-based management (RBM) and the monitoring of progress against agreed indicators, Theory of Change and Results Framework. Demonstrated experience supporting monitoring, evaluation and consolidated results reporting for joint, inter-agency or other multi-partner programmes, drawing on results from participating agencies and implementing partners. Experience in coordinating a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a cross-cultural professional environment.
