: Roles in this job family cover the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and processes which support high quality employee relations and issue resolution in line with Diageo’s values and people strategy. In the same way, they are also involved in building and managing relationships with worker representatives such as trade unions and works councils.Key Responsibilities:
1. Industrial & Employee Relations
• Support in maintaining cordial relations with workmen and union representatives.
• Participate in periodic union meetings, grievance handling, and shop-floor interactions.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns and drive engagement initiatives.
• Assist in preparation and execution of settlements, notices, and disciplinary actions in line with applicable laws.
2. Payroll & Compliance Management
