Assistant Manager - Technical, Commercial & Business Development

Technical, Tendering & Commercial Support . Provide design-related support and guidance to site supervisors/coordinators . Resolve technical issues while driving continuous improvement in scaffolding/ staging / formwork/ falsework / Painting / Insulation . Perform site assessments, surveys, and technical evaluations for tendering along with project feasibility as well as monitoring for ongoing projects . Participate in tender submissions such as technical statements and pre-qualification documents for bidding new projects and maintenance contracts. . Attend technical and commercial discussions with clients . Support cost estimation, BOQ preparation and pricing exercises . Coordinate across operations, procurement, accounts, contracts and project teams for project costing and budget monitoring Business Development .
