Assistant Manager, Skai Summary of Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of SKAI, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Lead, motivate and develop the service team to deliver personalized and memorable dining experiences.
- Drive guest engagement, anticipate guest needs, and effectively resolve feedback and service recovery opportunities.
- Ensure service, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and manpower deployment to maximize operational efficiency.
