Assistant Manager Research & Development MWF-Palghar, Plant Location

Role & responsibilities:
Product Development & Formulation Develop semi-synthetic, synthetic, and soluble MWFs for machining, grinding, cutting, forming, and stamping.
Design formulations based on performance, water quality, application conditions, and customer requirements.
Select and evaluate base oils, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, EP/AW additives, biocides, and defoamers.
Drive new product development, import substitution, and customer-specific solutions
Optimize cooling, lubricity, emulsion stability, corrosion protection, foam control, and hard water stability.
Testing, Validation & Technical Evaluation Plan and execute lab evaluations (emulsion stability, corrosion, foam, pH, RA, hard water compatibility).
Assess lubricity, antiwear behavior, microbial and storage stability.
Correlate lab data with field performance and recommend improvements.
