Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a safety engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment (HVAC manufacturing experience is a plus). Hands-on experience with safety audits, risk assessments, and OSHA compliance. Certifications OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Safety certification (preferred). Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification (preferred). First Aid/CPR certification.
