Job Description

Assistant Manager, Private Client (Trust Administration)

Full‑time permanent position based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Trust Relationship Managers by delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with different service providers and professional advisors to complete client requests and instructions.
  • Process bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents, and distribution requests.
  • Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures such as periodic reviews and transaction monitoring.
  • Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or matters.
Key Requirements
  • STEP Diploma professional certification is an advantage.
  • At least 4‑6 years of Trust administration experience.
