Assistant Manager - Pool Services

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the resort’s Pool Services team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily pool operations, including lifeguard and pool attendant scheduling, guest services, and cleanliness.
• Monitor water quality and coordinate with engineering for maintenance and repairs.
• Support the Aquatics Manager in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of pool supplies and assist with ordering and stock control.
• Ensure poolside amenities (towels, cabanas, loungers) are well maintained and presented.
• Assist in organizing poolside events and special services.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
