Job Description

The Assistant Pharmacy Manager supports clinical pharmacy operations through direct patient engagement while overseeing day-to-day workflow, including coordination of team members and operational execution. This role also contributes periodically to stakeholder engagement and business development activities within a specialized pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Operations & Workflow
Support the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing daily pharmacy operations, including workflow coordination, inventory management, and medication preparation and dispensing. 
Assist with the safe and accurate handling and dispensing of specialty medications. 
Contribute to staff pharmacist workflows as required. 
Monitor operational efficiency and ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
