Responsibilities

• To coordinate on behalf of HOD in the Department’s Key Performance Index (KPI) planning for management approval and tracking of final achievement.
• To assist the coordination and execution of refurbishment works at Toll Plaza, Region & Section.
• To assist in providing information and any other related documentation in responding to customer complaints with the relevant Department/Section.
• Applying technical and professional knowledge in assisting the execution of assigned projects to meet the user requirement and regulatory requirements.
• To assist in conducting the technical review of technical detailed design drawings, bill of quantities, specifications as well as compiling feedback from other technical and operations departments to ensure the completeness of the Tender and Contract Document.
