Assistant Manager - Mechanical Maintenance Responsibilities Lead Mechanical Boiler (Pressure Parts) Operational Oversight and Resource Allocation: Perform execution of assigned maintenance tasks as per the resource plan for boiler components (Pressure Parts). Ensure the availability and reliability of boiler equipment, including pressure parts, valves, APH, FGD equipment, pipes, and supports. Execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance with adherence to the maintenance schedules. Coordinate maintenance activities during outages, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal downtime. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boiler area. Support team leads and section heads in emergency response and handling. Participate in structural trainings and audits for the boiler area.
