Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified deal flow
- Build and manage cold outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn
- Own day-to-day management of HubSpot, including workflows and list segmentation
- Write and edit blog content, thought leadership, and market commentary
- Manage on-page and technical SEO and digital PR outreach
- Build in-house AI tools and automation pipelines using LLM platforms like Claude and ChatGPT
- Plan and optimize Google Ads and other performance marketing campaigns
- Track and report on marketing performance using GA4 and HubSpot
- Manage organic social media presence on LinkedIn and X/Twitter
- Coordinate partner operations including lead distribution and follow-up

- 4-6 years of progressive B2B marketing experience
