Job Description
Role Overview
The Transformation Department drives organisational change at NEA by redesigning processes, enabling digital ways of working, and delivering sustainable transformation initiatives. The role involves coordinating and driving key NEA transformation workstreams to transform the organisation in response to a changing strategic environment.
What You Will Do
You will work closely with cross-departmental teams, operations units, and system stakeholders to facilitate structured reviews, redesign processes, and deliver transformation initiatives.
