Job Responsibilities

Manages the Finished Goods Warehousing & Logistics Outbound team, processes and systems required to plan and execute outbound logistics for Lincoln Electric India Facility. Focusing on shipping, this role will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the team, processes and systems required to meet all customer order demand ON TIME IN FULL. Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring customer and stakeholder needs are met.
Leads and manages the Outbound Logistics operations.

Manages and mentors a team of material handlers, shipping coordinators in the execution of shipping operations.

Serves as the front-line manager and leader for outbound team in supporting domestic and international shipping.
