Job Description

As a key member of the HR team, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) by managing a range of HR matters within the designated business unit(s). The successful candidate may have a focus in supporting HR operations under either the faculty or research portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Support Respond to employee inquiries and provide advisory support on HR policies and procedures Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes for faculty and research staff Manage administrative processes for contract renewals in coordination with stakeholders Ensure accuracy of HR data and support preparation of reports for decision-making Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and institutional policies
