Assistant Manager Human Resources

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – HR (Business Partnering) to work closely with business leaders and employees to drive talent strategies, employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role will act as a strategic HR partner, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business objectives, while supporting key HR processes such as talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with functional leaders (Consulting, Sales, Delivery) to understand workforce needs and design HR solutions.

- Translate business priorities into HR initiatives that support growth, client delivery, and profitability.

- Provide insights on attrition, talent gaps, and workforce productivity to leadership.
