Key Details
- Location: Karachi.
- Experience: 3 or more years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a mid-sized organization.
- Education: MBA/MS in HR, MHRM, or a relevant Master's degree; BBA/BSc paired with CIPD/HR certifications is also acceptable when backed by strong experience.
- Skills: Solid grasp of Pakistan labor laws (PITB, EOBI, etc.) and proficiency in HRMS tools like Zoho People or BambooHR.
