Assistant Manager (Hard Services) / Estates & Facilities Management

Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of M&E systems, in accordance with statutory requirements, relevant codes, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Oversee and manage service providers’ performance against contracted SLAs and KPIs, including system uptime, thermal comfort/IAQ, energy efficiency, fault response and restoration timelines, and overall service delivery.

Conduct regular oversight of service providers for assigned M&E systems (ACMV, Mechanical and Fire Protection), including verification of preventive maintenance execution and quality of closure for both critical and non‑critical systems through sample checks and site walks.

Review and process service providers’ submissions, including quotations and job completion records, to ensure scope compliance, technical adequacy, cost reasonableness, and satisfactory completion of works.
