Assistant Manager, Hall Office Lead

The Office of Campus Housing (OCH) is responsible for student and faculty housing on campus, sports and recreational facilities, and their related services at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

We are looking for a Hall Office Lead to manage the student hostel, delivering exceptional service to residents, athletes and users of sports & recreation facilities.

• Plan, manage and oversee hostel application processing and room assignments, including waitlist and appeals.
• Ensure high quality of rooms and housing units for student check‑in through comprehensive inspections.
• Ensure accurate billing of hall fees and other payable items, timely collection and follow‑up, and accurate refunds.
• Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to update on maintenance/repairs status.
