Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the salon.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from check‑in through to check‑out.
- Manage appointments, optimise the salon schedule, and ensure artists’ diaries are running efficiently.
- Handle client enquiries and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the management of team rota’s, annual leave, and appointment schedules.
- Complete daily financial reconciliation and ensure all sales records are accurate.
