Job Purpose

• Preparation of Developer/DLD documentation for TD registration and mortgage creation.
• Facilitate DLD transaction for Mortgage Loan portfolio in Land Dept, trustee offices & ADM, ensuring policies are adhered to for collateral perfection.
• Manage developer relationships, acquire information for stage payments, SOA, project completion statuses and ensure queries are followed through within agreed time.
• Follow up with developer for DSR initiation and documentation completion; post submission of DSR follow through with Sales/DLD for title deed procurement.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure transfer process completion within TAT.
• Escalate pending cases to Unit Manager/Sales Managers and provide assistance on day‑to‑day BAU requirements.
