Job Description

The Assistant Manager – Stamping will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day stamping production operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong technical expertise in stamping processes, manpower management skills, and the ability to meet customer delivery requirements while driving continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Operations:Plan and execute daily production schedules for stamping and forging lines.Supervise cold forging and high-speed stamping process for precision componentsEnsure optimal utilization of metal coils and raw materials with minimal wastages.Monitor press machine(mechanical/Hydraulic) and forging equipment for performance and efficiency.
Tooling & Components Handling: Oversee die setting, mould tool maintenance, and housing component production.Coordinate with tool room for timely availability and upkeep of stamping dies and forging tools.Troubles...
