What You Will Do:
As AM Crewing, you will be responsible for the end-to-end manning pipeline for the principal's vessels out of Pakistan – covering sourcing, certification, mobilization, onboard support, and repatriation – and assist in running the Islamabad Crew Management & Training Centre.
- Maintain a rolling 12-month manning forecast covering reliefs, leave reserves, attrition, and fresh‑intake requirements.
- Assist with crew rotation and sign‑on/sign‑off scheduling; flag gaps early with a recovery plan.
- Coordinate with Carnival UK (Maritime Rotations Planner) and Fleet Travel to ensure smooth crew‑change cycles.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment (sourcing, testing, interviews, and documentation) as per approvals.
- Ensure ethical, no‑fee hiring in compliance with MLC 2006.
