Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
• Lead and manage multiple Team Leaders and Collection Executives to achieve business objectives.
• Drive team productivity through regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and monitor achievement.
• Conduct daily operational reviews and strategy meetings with Team Leaders.
• Ensure adequate staffing, roster management, and workforce planning.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the Learning & Development team to enhance team capability.
• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Collection Operations
• Manage end-to-end collections across Pre-Due, Soft Bucket, Hard Bucket, and Recovery portfolios as assigned.
