Assistant Manager - Business & Corporate Banking (Network Banking)

Overview

The Network Banking / Regional Business team will report to the Head –Business Corporate Banking (Network Banking). The role is responsible for designing a monthly performance tracker for each country, consolidating portfolio data, and producing a comprehensive competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to support business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate, consolidate and streamline management information of BCB business data for overseas countries (balance sheet, P/L, RORA, total exposure & limits, and other performance data).
• Design a monthly performance tracker for each country and consolidate at portfolio level.
• Lead analysis of key performance data to highlight issues and trends, and test hypotheses on drivers and relationships.
• Develop and track a cross‑border referral system (“throw and catch”) to drive business across sites, including referrals to PFS, Private Wealth, HLISB and HLIB.
