Assistant Manager, Billing Operations

Purpose of the position: SCMP is seeking a professional to support the billing reconciliation function within the Revenue Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex billing operations, accounting, finance, and process re-engineering.

In this role, you will: Billing Operations Management: Drive the timely and accurate execution of all customer and vendor billing workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and full regulatory compliance.

Process Improvement: Identify system enhancements and workflow optimizations, and actively participate in system upgrades and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for billing operations, working closely with Sales teams and external partners to resolve inquiries.

Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular billing reconciliation and generate reports to ensure precise capture and recording of all financial transactions.
