Assistant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Assistant Manager to join our team full-time at our gas station, working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Assistant Manager is expected to work a minimum of 28-30 hours a week with a fortnightly payroll. Hours are rostered on a fortnightly basis and including weekend shifts.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Assist the Store Manager in determining product mix, stock levels and ordering.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Complete store adminstration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
4. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
5. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
6. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
7. Maintaining Food temperature records, including food display equipment and fridges, as per guidelines.
