Job Description
1. Supports and provides coordination and direction to staff members by proactively offering assistance. Serves as a preceptor by mentoring other regarding care of defined populations in resource utilization and time management
2. Collaborates to foster healthy relationships in the work environment.
3. Actively participates/coordinates the interviewing process of candidates in hospital-based departments for Cardiac Service line. Coordinates the orientation schedule of newly hired as appropriate.
4. Communicates organizational information and aspects of administrative and clinical practice in a respectful and positive manner when interacting with staff.
5. Teaches/coordinates co-workers to develop comprehensive plans of care in collaboration with patients and families, incorporating individual differences and preventive planning. Coordinates appropriate, timely patient care between health care providers and other ancillary clinicians....
