Position Overview The candidate will be part of The Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) project as a PMO Analyst. Theproject is a mission critical healthcare critical information infrastructure (CII) system that touches every aspect of healthcare delivery in Singapore. The system has been live since 2020 and has direct impact to patient safety, clinical outcome, operation efficiencies and patient billing Role & Responsibilities Prepare approval paper and provide support to team members in preparation of approval paper Work with external vendor on contract amendment with support from internal Legal team Work with internal Finance & Procurement team to provide support to team members Provide support and guidance to team members on Project Charter, approval process, contracts and procurement related queries Experience and strong in preparation of Meeting minutes and able to facilitate meeting Experience and strong in preparation of Executive Management report Support in depa...
