Right now, we are looking for as Assistant Hatchery Manager to join our team based in New Plymouth. About the Role Reporting to the Production Hatchery Manager, the Assistant Hatchery Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production team to achieve key performance indicators whilst encouraging the team's involvement and contribution to workplace improvements. Specifically, you will plan and produce day old chicks on time; within product, quality specifications ensuring that workplace safety, bio security, performance, and training standards are of the highest level.
