Assistant General Manager, Student Housing & Community

Hines is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations at our student accommodation properties in Lancaster. In this role, you will foster a supportive community for students, build strong relationships with residents and parents, and ensure the property is compliant with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in sales and marketing, and the ability to provide leadership and support to a diverse team. You will work closely with the General Manager to create an exceptional living environment for students.
