Requirements

  • RSA ID and legal residence essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant General Manager within a 4-star hotel environment
  • Strong operational knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent guest relations and customer service ability
  • Strong understanding of stock control, financial controls, and hotel operations
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • References are essential
  • Own transport advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Stable employment history essential
