Operations
- Support the day‑to‑day running of all restaurant outlets, ensuring service standards, guest satisfaction and operational readiness are consistently achieved.
- Lead from the floor during busy services, VIP visits and operational challenges, supporting teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Oversee bookings, guest notes, reservations and operational systems to ensure smooth service flow and team preparedness.
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, café and events teams to ensure seamless coordination across all services.
People
- Support recruitment, onboarding and development to maintain strong team performance and service standards.
- Deliver on‑floor coaching, team briefings and ongoing training focused on service, product knowledge and guest care.
