Assistant General Manager

The Assistant Restaurant/General Manager will support the GM in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning by supervising and managing junior staff.
Core criteria:
Must have a minimum of 3 years in a senior role at a premium restaurant.
Must have a Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
