Assistant General Manager Business Development

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in ferro alloys and metals across the steel and foundry sectors.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and trading partners across global markets.
• Negotiate commercial terms and conclude profitable transactions.
• Coordinate contracts, trade documentation, logistics, and transaction execution.
• Work closely with finance, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor global market trends, pricing movements, and competitive developments.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.

Qualifications

• 7 – 12 years of experience in ferroalloys, metals, steel, foundry, mining, or commodity trading sectors.
