Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead a team of structural engineers oversee design and approvals and manage construction challenges for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong leadership experience in senior roles successfully managing and guiding teams of structural engineers.
Proven expertise in managing the design and authority approval of tall buildings and villas.
Extensive experience handling construction engineering issues of large-scale projects.
Fluent in the design of tall buildings / RC and PT slabs
Fluent in local authority design requirements and international codes and standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate external consultants from concept stage to permit stage.
