Assistant General Counsel

Job Summary

Participates on Associate General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel's leadership team and provides legal support for a business division or legal practice area.

What You Will Do

• Advising senior management and providing clear recommendations on legal matters.
• Managing legal support of a business division or significant legal practice area through upervision of a team, or coordination of a network of attorneys, or serving as a subject matter expert.
• Implementing legal strategies and goals in line with company's business objectives researching complex legal issues and reviewing and drafting complex legal documents.
