Responsibilities The successful candidate will perform the full range of Assistant General Counsel for Rulemaking, Agreement States, Fee Policy, and Legislation duties by assisting the General Counsel in providing legal advice the Commission and NRC staff on rulemaking guidance development, Agreement State and Tribal matters, user fees and fee policy, backfitting and issue finality, and legislation ..
