Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Oversee subsidiaries’ accounts and month-end closing process to ensure timely submission of financial reports
Responsible for the monthly group financial reporting
Manage the intercompany reconciliation
Assist in preparing audited financial statements and annual report
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities or agency
Quarterly GST submission
Other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
