Assistant Finance Manager – Project Costing

This role is responsible for managing the financial and commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, forecasting and reporting. The position will work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and other stakeholders to maintain the financial health of each project.

The role offers exposure to regional construction projects within a collaborative and supportive working environment, with opportunities for career progression. Frequent overseas travel and long-term overseas assignments are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project cost control and ensure accurate cost coding in accordance with the Bill of Quantities and approved project budgets.
• Monitor budget against actual expenditure, forecast final project costs and analyse cost variances.
