Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Manages 8 to 10 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 1 to 5 employees in the construction project.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Responsible for construction field installation activities with an emphasis on labor productivity, quality and timely installations, and employee morale. This requires close coordination with project and division managers.
- Responsible for jobsite safety.
