Job Description
The Assistant Food & Beverage Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of sales initiatives that drive revenue growth across the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this role focuses on identifying business opportunities, generating new revenue streams, and increasing patronage from both local and international markets. The Assistant Food & Beverage Sales Manager collaborates closely with the Food & Beverage teams to implement sales strategies that enhance the hotel's reputation as a premier dining and social destination.
The role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, social groups, and other key stakeholders to generate new business and repeat patronage.
