Technical Competencies and responsibilities Assisting the Farm Manager with planning of field plans, plant orders and plant care Assisting with Flower Production, forecasting, harvesting and packing Assisting the Farm Manager with staff management ie. Performance improvement, discipline and training Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Global G. A. P. and SIZA systems and procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and records required for certification. Conduct internal inspections and assist with internal and external audits. Address audit findings and corrective actions timeously. Be technically competent and confident using digital systems. Ensure electronic records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
