Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and oversee facilities functions including maintenance, alteration, layout, and housekeeping of office, manufacturing, warehouse, truck yards, parking, and landscaped areas.
• Coordinate, manage, and direct design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of building structures, equipment, machinery, and other infrastructure.
• Control inter‑building communication installations and maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance and alteration of all areas and equipment within the building(s), and oversee layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping.
