We produce high‑quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems, assembled in both clean room and non‑clean room environments. As a service provider, we also manufacture high‑precision components and modules for leading high‑tech clients.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with Sales/Marketing, Engineering and Production on daily QC operation requirements.
- Maintain the Quality Control Plan, CMM Inspection Program and VMI Inspection Program for all running products.
- Provide training to all QC staff based on RMR/MRB corrective actions and prevention of recurrence.
- Coordinate customer return investigations with QA, Sales, Production and Engineering.
- Monitor IQC, IPQC & FGI lot acceptance rates and DPPM. ...
