Assistant Engineer – Emergency Support & Technical Response

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Engineer to provide frontline technical support. The role involves attending to emergency breakdowns, responding to technical calls, and supporting the engineering team in ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction. This role is critical in supporting 24/7 operations, with specific standby responsibilities during off-peak hours 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM .

• Attend and troubleshoot emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize equipment or vehicle downtime.
• Respond to technical calls and provide timely advice, solutions, or escalation where necessary.
• Assist in diagnosing faults and carrying out corrective actions in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Document breakdown cases, technical calls, and corrective measures taken for reporting and follow-up.
